Traverse the iconic TranzAlpine Train, venturing to renowned ski slopes across the South Island.

Arrive in Christchurch and explore what the town has to offer. Embark on the world-famous TranzAlpine Train as you traverse the Southern Alps and wind along the walls of the Waimakariri River Valley. Upon arrival in Greymouth, collect your hire car and make your way to Franz Josef, the gateway to the incredible Franz Josef Glacier, where you have the option to do the Heli Hike up on the glacier. Head south towards Queenstown. Along the way, you will be spoiled with scenery as you travel through Haast, Makarora and Lake Hawea. Experience skiing in Queenstown thanks to your NZ Superpass and ski at either Coronet Peak or The Remarkables. Explore New Zealand's tallest mountain, Mt Cook, with lots of optional activities including hikes in this beautiful area. Visit Mt Hutt, winner of the 'Best NZ Ski Resort' award for eight years running and hit the slopes.
